One of the most powerful ways for you to use the Quantum Question WHAT IF…? to transform your life is the following process.

  1. Listen to and tune into the voice of your ego as it expresses fear-based thoughts and beliefs that cause you to contract, protect and defend yourself.
  2. Identify the specific thoughts and beliefs that cause you to suffer, get angry, irritated, judge, misunderstand, etc
  3. Write these thoughts and beliefs down on paper.
  4. Now “flip them over”, that is, turn the thought around 180 degrees.
  5. Turn the new thought into a Quantum Question by adding WHAT IF…? to the beginning of it.
  6. Ask yourself the new Quantum Question
  7. Say “wouldn’t THAT be something!”
  8. Then say, “Well,it’s just a thought.”
  9. Relax into the presented possibility that this new Quantum Question offers.
  10. Sit with it and let is rest in you.
  11. See what happens when you entertain the possibility offered by the new Quantum Question.
  12. Allow for, and even invite, personal transformation to peace, compassion, acceptance, softening and joy.
  13. Accept and live the new multi dimensional reality you have just created by shifting your thoughts

Here are a few examples of an fear-based thoughts “flipped over”.

He’ll never understand me.
WHAT IF on the deepest vibrational levels I am always understood completely?
Wouldn’t THAT be something!
Just a thought.

OR

I’ll never find my soul mate.
WHAT IF my perfect partner is already looking for me and it’s just a matter of time and alignment til we find each other?
Wouldn’t THAT be something!
Just a thought.

OR

I should never have been given up for adoption; it’s ruined my life.
WHAT IF I came through the right birth parents, to the right adoptive parents, and my life has always been unfolding perfectly in all ways?
Wouldn’t THAT be something?
Just a thought.

Use your imagination and creativity to tap into multi dimensional reality and make your Quantum Questions ring with possibility and optimism.
