This book belongs in every therapist's waiting room!

What IF...? by Janice Masters reads like a series of songs. Each page has a gem of written inspiration along with an inspiring photo. It's a match like lyrics and melody and also like a song, evokes so much feeling in such a short form. I can open the book to any page and find that by focusing on the words and photo, my perspective starts to shift. It's a wonderful catalyst for meditation and a WONDERFUL way to start each day!
This book is a collection of beautiful pictures and inspirational thoughts which allow one's own thoughts to move beyond the static and ordinary into a new realm of possibilities. For me, depending on my current situation, there is always at least one page, photograph and thought which has the power to help me move in my mind from a troubled place into an optimistic one. With continued use, it has the ultimate effect of removing the negative and substituting the positive - a definite recipe for success.
Your book is an inspiration. It is a powerful tool for awakening the soul. Simple and deep at the same time, “What If” embraces and celebrates the path of life. It lovingly invites the soul to connect to the infinite love of the universe by inviting the understanding that all is perfect, all is an opportunity when we open our hearts to see it. Thanks for sharing the light, and contributing to planting love and peace around the world. Helen Coutinho
As you gave me the gift of your book, the gift which I gave myself was....I typed all of the applicable "What ifs" in a beautiful font, on fine quality stationary. I placed the sheet of paper into a protective plastic cover. I now read your profound words easily, quickly and with frequency. Unbeknownst to me, what began to ocurr was, I was no longer reading your words, but was reading the way I was living my life, for example...
Every person I encounter is my teacher.
I have an Internal Guidance system that will never steer me wrong.
Everything I see in others is a reflection of what is inside of me.
What if my emotional pain stems from a misunderstanding?
I am the only one who can hurt me.
My life is a work of art.
Thank you for showing me how life could be if I wanted it to be.
